RockIT always responded very promptly to my calls, which is important to me as I often work from home. RockIT are able to explain problems or difficulties easily to people who are not computer literate in non-technical talk and are very willing to teach people their knowledge.

What I like about RockIT is that they are able to solve any problem very quickly and efficiently. RockIT’s attitude has always been one of can do. This I think is especially important given the very technical nature of the queries and problems they have to address. But far more importantly they stuck to the appointment time and overall time scales. After identifying what the likely problem was RockIT explained their charges structure. They outlined exactly what they would be doing so that I was always fully aware of the likely level of costs to be incurred. They speedily confirmed to me when the repairs were completed. In addition they made a series of recommendations that would enhance the performance of my machine. These were presented in such a way that I did not feel obliged to have the additional work carried out. Needless to say I followed their advice. In all respects I must say that RockIT act with a high degree of professionalism and evidently take client care very seriously.

RockIT was recommended to us by a Doctor friend as we were experiencing problems with our PC. Our initial request for assistance and advice was answered promptly and efficiently. RockIT visited our home and were extremely polite, well dressed and gave a professional appearance which immediately reassured us that we were dealing with a knowledgeable company who identified our needs. The service I receved was excellent. RockIT were quick to have a look at my computer and able to pinpoint the exact cause and repair and redeliver my computer back to me as quick as they could.
