RockIT Launches New Website

As part of the company’s expansion, multi award winning IT company RockIT today launches their new website (www.rockitspecialists.com)

The site, designed in-house and, with the help of Limegreetangerine, includes a number of significant enhancements, most notably our Live Performance Statistics. Managing Director, Rob Dance explains “We’re extremely proud of the service we deliver and wanted to show our target audience how we are performing throughout the day. Using LIVE data from our Network Operations Centre we are able to provide clients and prospects with key performance statistics every 5 minutes of the day. We know that none of our competitors do this but with our industry leading systems in place we’re delighted to share key information, such as how quick we’re responding to technical support requests, the average monthly downtime our clients have experienced, the average cost savings achieved, the percentage of issues where we have needed to work with other technology vendors and the percentage of PROACTIVE tickets we resolve.”

Among the new improvements are cleaner links to product and service information, up to date content, key knowledge and information based around reducing company ‘Pain Points’ and an improved Careers section to support our on-going recruitment drive.
