We aim to minimise the downtime to your computer systems helping you to avoid backlogs or potentially losing data. We will set you back up and running quicker than anyone else, which we know is important to you.

All or our clients or friends as we think of them are different and special meaning standards to achieve total satisfaction vary from client to client. When you call the company you will be able to speak to someone technical straight away (not a machine), or within 1 hour on the rare occasion that no one technical is in the office. We aim to never be late for an appointment however, in the unlikely and rare occurrence of unforeseen circumstances we will notify you about a delay as soon as possible and always before the appointment start time.
- We aim to perform all work wherever you wish for it to be completed and if work is carried out offsite we will keep you updated every two hours.
- We will guarantee you constant perfection. If you’re not 100% satisfied with any work we complete just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund!
- Unlike most, RockIT holds memberships with the two leading bodies for IT Professionals. Firstly, the British Computer Society (BCS) holding a Chartered IT Professional Status (CITP) and secondly, a Fellow of the PC Association (FPCA). We maintain the highest standards in all our work and as members of these bodies agree to abide by the BCS Code of Conduct, BCS Code of Good Practice and PCA Code of Practice.
