We aim to minimise the downtime of your computer systems, helping you to avoid backlogs or potentially losing data, and for business clients specifically increase your earning potential and increase your client’s satisfaction through total consistency of your computer systems;
• We understand you and we understand every client is different and special, meaning standards to achieve total satisfaction varies from client to client. RockIT will use unique methods to establish your personal expectations and provide a service which exceeds these expectations to achieve total satisfaction;
• We will treat you as best friends and provide an extremely personal service. We will take an interest in what you have to say and develop a strong and lasting relationship;
• We will ensure reliability throughout and will never let you down. When you call the company you will be able to speak to someone technical straight away, or within 1 hour on the rare occasion that no technicians are in the office. We aim to never be late for an appointment. However, in the unlikely and rare occurrence of unforeseen circumstances we will notify you about a delay as soon as possible and always before the appointment start time;
