Code of Practice:

RockIT guarantee perfection. As a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) within the British Computer Society RockIT agrees to abide by the BCS code of conduct and to observe the provisions of the BCS Code of Good Practice.

The BCS Code of Conduct sets out the professional standards required by BCS as a condition of membership. Whereas the BCS Code of Good Practice describes standards of practice relating to the contemporary multifaceted demands found in IT.

As a Fellow of the PC Association (FPCA) RockIT is also required to operate within the PCA Code of Conduct detailing the minimum levels of service required as a member of the association.

RockIT is a signatory to these Codes and will meet all its obligations for implementing the Code.
