The modern dilemma - this client had internal personnel with good IT knowledge however, they didn't have the capacity to do both the IT support, their job roles and grow the business at the same time.

Solution

From the start, RockIT provided not only IT Support for issues, but also provided the IT hardware procurement services for them as they grew in size. From an initial partnership who had a good working IT knowledge, working with them, we have installed and successfully grown their network to cope with the increase in staff members and the IT Support demands thereof. 

Designing a suitable backup solution to provide them with a disaster recovery plan was one of the issues that we worked on with them, to enable them to re-establish their network in the event of an issue with their offices.
