Issues

We were commissioned by this company when their legal arm of the business was separated from their sister company. Their primary concern was the IT Support they were receiving had become very reactive, critical data on the server was not being backed up and recent server outages had resulted in losing several days of emails for all employees.

Solution

Within a few days of our initial meeting we set the companies systems up with our IT Support and PROACTIVE Network Monitoring software. This provided peace of mind that their systems were covered by Microsoft Professionals as well as ensuing that all technology links between the company and their sister company were removed to increase security. The second part of the project was to implement two cloud based solutions namely RockIT Remote Vault to protect company data and RockIT Email Management to protect email against infections, spam and email outages.
