This business was desperately in need of IT support to resolve issues that hadn’t been resolved by their previous support company. With a business relocation project approaching, this business needed to find a professional provider quickly.

Solution

After months of ongoing performance and internet problems this business commissioned RockIT to get their network moving again. After the initial ‘RockIT Network Optimise’ two main issues were uncovered, 1) low workstation resources and 2) slow or inaccessible internet connection. Through installing a variety of hardware upgrades, and re-cabling problem areas, the network issues were thankfully solved. We’re currently providing this company with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and we have recently developed a VPN solution, to fileshare critical data with their other offices.
