RockIT were commissioned to implement an on- and off-site backup solution to protect critical company data and give peace of mind in the event of an unpredictable disaster.

Automation and ensuring all of the clients server images and critical data was secure, was a priority for this client. After a FREE security check-up RockIT designed a cost effective backup solution for the client providing automatic, real-time data backup for servers, laptops and workstations. The 'RockIT Remote Vault' backup solution backs up files first locally to ensure data can be recovered instantly from any previous point in time. It also includes hands-free, automatic offsite capabilities to protect businesses against disasters.

Through our FREE Network & Security Evaluation other solutions to develop effective working practices were established, including a bespoke and secure database to manage all their enquiries and installing a fully managed security solution which RockIT manages through our advanced 24hr PROACTIVE Network Monitoring software.
