Our staff are formally accredited and trained, ensuring that they are fully equipped with the skills they need to implement and support the technologies of each of our partners. RockIT has privileged access to the support teams of many of our partners, enabling us to escalate and resolve problems quickly on behalf of our clients.

PC Association

The Professional Computing Association is a leading regulatory body for IT professionals and our industry association. As a Fellow, RockIT and its employees agree to operate within the Code of Practice to maintain the highest standards in all our work. Developed along with such bodies as the Office of Fair Trading and the Trading Standards organisation the Code aims to protect business consumers from a variety of professional incompetence and integrity issues.

British Computer Society

The British Computer Society is a leading regulatory body for companies within the IT industry. As an accredited member RockIT agrees to abide by the BCS Code of Conduct which sets out the professional standards required as a condition of membership. RockIT also agrees to observe the provisions of the BCS Code of Good Practice, a framework outlining the standards of practice relating to the contemporary multifaceted demands found in IT.
